1st Nordic advanced renal cancer surgery course
The Course includes live surgery with open laparoscopic and robotically techniques of renal tumours as well as benign renal surgery. There will be interposed lectures and discussions. Peri operative prophylaxis with antibiotics and anticoagulants will be lectured as well as postoperative recovery and pain relief. There will also be case discussions of clinical work ups and complications. Discussions regarding surgical skills and how to manage to pass surgical knowledge on to younger colleagues and how to achieve renal surgery competence.
